He is survived by: his parents, Luke Baker and Kimberly Baker (Miller); his grandparents, John, Retta Baker, Mike and Jan Miller; his aunt Laura Baker (Neil Busch); his uncle Chris Miller; and his caregiver Pat Baudler.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests balloons as Owen often enjoyed having balloons bounce around his room or using them as target practice with his switch adapted Nerf gun.
