He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clark Jennings and Mary Jennings (Young); his sister Ione Margaret; his child William Clark; his wife Gertrude; his siblings, Ione Wight (Ward), David Jennings (Wilmina) and Mary Margaret; his daughter Beth Strange; his granddaughter Hiedi Strange; his great grandchild Chloe Jennings; his son-in-law Jim Dukes; his grandson-in-law Rob Wilson; his wife Marian; and his children, Bill Jennings (Elaine), Dwight Jennings (Debra), Linda Binning (Ronnie), Sharene Culp (Michael), Steven England (Denae), Scott England (Jodi) and Shad England (Jody). He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren by marriage, nieces, nephews, and friends.
