James Auen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, at the age of 61, James Auen of Creston, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen May Auen (Hauschildt) and Wallace Dale Auen; and his siblings, Michael Dale Auen and Barbara May Nemitz. He is survived by: his wife Rebekah Auen (Barr) of Creston; his children, Adrian Marie Ferrero-Wyatt (Ed) of Harlan, Breanna Mae Auen of Omaha, Neb. and Nicolas James of Omaha, Neb.; his grandson Cayden Nathaniel Pedersen; and his sisters, Connie Volkmann (Randy) of Denison, Sandra Yarnell (Dave) of Sergeant Bluff and Patricia Frazier (Edwin) of Denison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
