He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie John Freihage and Lorna Christina Mohr (Marie); his wife Sharon Freihage; his daughters, Allison Ann and Brandi Foote; his siblings, Wayne Freihage and Emma Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Eileen Freihage, Marsha Freihage, Sandra Freihage and Dean Frazee.
He is survived by: his son Jamie Foote of Prescott; his granddaughters, Bailey Cunningham (Dylan), Alleigh Hoffman and Sydney Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Randy, Waylon Cunningham and Bentlee James Hoffman; his siblings, Howard Freihage of Des Moines, Lyle "Babe" Freihage of Alabama, Maxine "Toots" Frazee of Omaha, Shirley Madison (Fred) of Cedar Rapids and Linda Hixon (Bruce) of Colorado; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Brownrigg (Sandy) of Clearfield, Gloria Wright (Joe) of Urbandale, Linda Bailey of Creston and Angie Vicker (Mark) of Creston.
