He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward Hall and Mary Ellen Hall (Keating); and his siblings, Charles, Jesse, Jr., John, Floyd and Ann Bryant.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hall; and his children, Randy Hall of Creston, Mark Hall of Creston and Carla Neely of Wisc. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powers Funeral Home (601 New York Ave, Creston, IA 50801). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Powers Funeral Home - Creston (601 New York Ave, Creston, IA 50801).
