She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Harvey and Hazel Berniece Moore (Elliott); her husband Robert "Bob" Watts; and her children, Patty Burnett and Billy McCarty.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie O'Neall (Randy) of Creston, Iowa; her grandchildren, Chris O'Neall, Emi O'Neall of Creston, Iowa and Jay Klein (Pamela) of Texas; her great grandchildren, Kohen and Konlin Poore of Creston, Iowa.; and her sister Ina Chandler (Paul) of Sharpsburg, Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
