It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Cooper of Creston, Iowa, born in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard, Sr. Grissom and Inez Matilda Grissom (Wilkerson); and her daughter Allison Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Paul "Kelly" Cooper, Jr., Kathleen Gates, Michelle Miller (Nathan), James Michael Cooper, Timothy Shawn Cooper, Jennifer Anne Jaeckle (Jake) of Clarinda and Billie Marie Miller (Jeff) of Bedford, Iowa.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
