It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Quandahl (Cresco, Iowa), who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Hovey and Bertha Hovey (Scott); her husband Orland Quandahl (Bud); and her sister Bernice Linderbaum. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Quandahl-Hendricks (Mike), Arlan (Jane), Dean (Linda), Carolyn Quale (Charles), Paul (Sue) and Joel (Lisa); her grandchildren, Carmen Quandahl, Krista Baldauf (Chad), Kendal Quandahl, Paige Hoberg (Mike), Haley Williams (Scott), Lyle Quandahl, Christopher Quale, Alec Quandahl and Lane Quandahl; and her great grandchildren, Temperance, Jorik, Briella and Knox.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Orleans Lutheran Church, Cresco Assisted Living/Evans Memorial Home, or RHSHC Howard County Community Hospice.
