He was predeceased by: his mother Deanne M. Webb (Palmersheim); and his father-in-law Theodore Feneis. He is survived by: his father LeRoy R. Webb of Cresco; his wife Terri Webb; his siblings, Wanda Boldon (Dave), Kurtis Webb (Melissa), Andrew Webb (Cris Hamilton) and Julie Alcorn-Webb (Dustin); his nieces and nephews, Kjersti, Kari, Kelsi, Isaak, Madeline, Callista, Henry and Eleanor; his mother-in-law Julie Feneis; his brother-in-law Todd Feneis (Emily); and his nieces and nephews, Cody, Brett and Cori.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations in memory of Scott are preferred to the Cresco Area Clay Crushers.
