She is survived by: her father Darrell Weigert; her former husband Bob Pavlovec; her nephew Gregory Mlady; her aunt Niki Prochaska; her daughters, Bethany Schrage (Dylan) of Vinton and Janel Ollendieck (Kyle) of Cresco, Iowa; her grandchildren, Nolan, Beckett, Brooks Schrage, Shade and Lucy Ollendieck; her stepmother Sue Weigert; her siblings, Gene Weigert (Mary) and Joni Mlady (Al Zweibohmer); her nephews, Christopher Weigert, Nick Weigert and Fletcher Weigert; and her niece Sami Weigert.
