She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Hayek and Shirley Bigalk (Solomon); her husband Donnie Kappes of Cresco, IA.; her son Codey Hayek (Brittany); her granddaughter Brooklyn; and her brothers, Michael Hayek (Deana) and Jon Hayek (Francie). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
