With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet L. Neubauer of Cresco, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 7, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dotzler and Lois Dotzler (Peterson); her husband Zachary Neubauer; her daughter Brenda Neubauer; her siblings, Angela, Diane Meyer and Gary Dotzler; her brother-in-law Fred Aberg; her niece Alicia Ellis (Aberg); and her nephew Jake Aberg.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Teri Lynn Vagts (Dan) of Cresco; her siblings, Shirley Hudecek (Jerry) of Mason City, IA, David Dotzler of Elma, IA, Mary Flugge (Ralph) of Cresco, IA, Dale Dotzler of Cresco, IA, Arlene Dotzler of Cresco, IA, Kathy Aberg of Hartford, IA, Scott Dotzler of Cresco, IA and Kenny Dotzler of Cresco, IA; and her brother-in-law Harold Meyer of Cresco, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home (404 N Elm St, Cresco, IA 52136). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
