Dorothy Vagts Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2021, at the age of 92, Dorothy Vagts of Cresco, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Vagts; her parents, Rupert Gardner and Jesse Gardner (Iverson); her son-in-law Jerry Nichols; her granddaughter Sally Nichols Thompson; her brother Chuck Gardner; her half-brothers, Zachary and Bob Gardner; and her sister Grace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Nichols, Diane Vagts and Karen Vagts (Larry George); her grandchildren, Ashley Nichols, Jill Grano De (Marcos), Laura McGee (Kris), Ben Lundeen and Sarah Lundeen; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Evelyn Brausen, Sophia, Kellan McGee, Henric, Isabella, Eliana and Johannes Grano De Oro; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Roop and JoAnn Gardner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
