She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hanson and Bessie Hanson; her daughter Melanie; and her siblings, Donald and Diane.

She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Dr. Michael Ollendieck (Natasha) and Coach Melissa L. Ollendieck (Richard); her son-in-law Binh; and her grandchildren, Sophia, Isabella, Andrei and Brittany.
