He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Rush and Charlene Rush (Small). He is survived by: his wife Melissa JoAnne Ott (Garrison); his sons, Dakota Rush (Desirae Kostka) of Cresco, Dalton Rush (Kari Tangen) of Marshalltown, Charlee Rush of Cresco and Christean Rush of Cresco, Iowa.; and his brother Charles Rush (Elaine) of Oroville.
