He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerry R. Farnsworth and Helen Ellen Farnworth (Necas); and his brothers, Terry Eugene (Kerry) and Donald Allan (Nancy). He is survived by: his wife Janet Lea Farnsworth (Harwood); his pet Jewell Rose; his goddaughters, Cassandra Jewell "CJ" and Olivia Rose Nelson; his adoptive parent Becka (Ron Nelson); and his caregiver Nikki Shimek. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Legion in Dave's memory.
