He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Kephart and Dorothy Kephart (Boyd); and his siblings, Lois, Bob, Glenn, Kenny, Richard and Phillip.
He is survived by: his wife Raylene Kephart; his children, Jolene Hansen (Jesse), Billie Jo Kephart, Leo McIntosh, Clifford Coffelt Jr., Gordon Coffelt, Donald Coffelt, Toni Scheffler (Mark), Tracy Tiffey and Tammy McCormick (Harold); and his brother Steve Kephart (Sandy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
