With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda J. McNeal of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on May 6, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Boyer and Bertha Boyer (Ellis); her husband Bill McNeal; her sisters, Mary Ellen Morris and Sharon Leffert; and her brother-in-law Lynn Leffert.
She is survived by: her son Greg McNeal (Terry); and her grandchildren, Emmaline McNeal (Connor Meis) of Council Bluffs, Louie Rocker Tanner of Council Bluffs, Zach Kinart (Angela) of Montgomery, TX, Nicholas Kinart (Angela) of Middleton, MD, Kelsey Wahle (Zeb) of Minden, IA and Tyler Marr (Diana) of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family will direct memorial contributions.
