It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Igou (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Igou; his wife Darlene; his daughter Mary; his siblings, Marlyn and Evelyn; his grandsons, Sean and Daniel West; and his great grandchild Kouper West.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Gerber (Paul), Cindy Piatak (Jeff), Donna Lewis, Kelly Durand (Rick) and Kitty Whisinnand (Todd); and his siblings, George Igou (Maxine) and Audrey Lampp (Aaron). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
