It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy R. Owen of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Terry Owen; and his grandparents, Mary Lou Owen, Robert Owen and Ted Ackerman. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Owen (Ackerman); his close friend Richard "Shawn" Wittrock; his sister Sandra Owen; his grandmother Flo Ackerman; and his aunts and uncles, Rick Owen (Carol) of Council Bluffs, Carl Ackerman (Susan) of Council Bluffs, Judy Freeman (Gary) of Wichita and Connie Steinhorst (David) of Melbourne, Florida. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
