He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil D. Wagner and Artharine "Archie" Wagner (Moyer); and his sister Debbra Owens. He is survived by: his girlfriend Crystal Stegemann of Omaha; his daughters, Stephanie Wagner of Council Bluffs and Michelle Wagner; his grandchildren, Abbigail and Imani; and his brother Terry Wagner (Theresa) of Council Bluffs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
