He is survived by: his mother Beverly Whiteaker; and his siblings, Larry Moore (Bonnie), Julie Pratt, Richard Whiteaker (Kimberly) and Phillip Whiteaker (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
