He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Struthers and Sallie Struthers; his sister Ruth Bellows; and his nephew Lonnie Boos. He is survived by: his wife Betty Kolby; his children, Bobbie Miller (Dan) and Marty Struthers (Taryn); his grandchildren, Katie Davis (Josh), Kolby Miller (Jessie), Michael Struthers (Leah), James Struthers (Courtney) and Sarah McMahon (Alex); his great grandchildren, Gracie, Jax Davis, Zoey, Jude, Eleanor Miller, Declan, Lachlan Struthers and Wren McMahon; and his sister Judy Phippen (Larry).

Interment: Garner Township Cemetery, Council Bluffs, Iowa, Memorials may be directed to the family or Hillcrest Hospice.
