He is survived by: his children, Thomas Cook, Jr., Julie Cook Kipe (Roger) and Todd Cook (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Mitchell Griffin, Molly Griffin, Austin Cook, Avery Cook, Aiden Cook, Ashton Cook, Nathan Wink, Nicholas Oliver, Jenna Swoboda (Steve), Kelsay Brohimer (Roger), Kyle Fillis, Cody Cook (Madyson), Connor Cook and Bailee Cook; his great grandchildren, Rylee Cook, Oaklee Cook, Katelyn Swoboda, Gabriella Brohimer, Isabella Brohimer and Leonidis Brohimer; and his wife Sandra Cook (Thomas). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
