He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Haines and Sara Haines (Jones). He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Dorrie Haines), Dennis Haines of Council Bluffs, Phil Haines of Omaha and Ron Haines of Omaha. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
