She was predeceased by: her parents, John Halterman and Maureen Halterman (Smith); her husband Otis; and her siblings, Beverly Durfey, Donna Meyers-Hicks and Bud Halterman.
She is survived by: her close friend Arthur Garges; and her children, Otis Turner Jr. (Connie) of Pacific Junction, Steve Turner (Shelly) of Glenwood, Larry Turner (Marlene) of Pacific Junction and Carmen Scroggs (Jack) of Pacific Junction. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Martin Chapel Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Bloom Senior Center (20 N Vine St, Glenwood, IA 51534).
