Shirley M. Watts Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025, at the age of 85, Shirley M. Watts of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley M. Watts to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lee and Irene Lee (Ruby); her husband Charles F. Watts; and her son Richard Dale Watts. She is survived by: her children, Randy and Michelle Sinclair of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Jordyn Joslin, Jacob, Dakota and Jesse Sinclair; and her brother Marvin Lee of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association of American Cancer Society.
