He was predeceased by: his parents, Josh Andrews and Frances Andrews (Hisel); his wife Kathy Andrews (Osborn); and his siblings, James Andrews, Pamela Andrews, Rose Andrews and Mary Hiers.
He is survived by: his sons, Josh Andrews (Amy) of Council Bluffs and Jeff Andrews (Chandra) of Delmar, NY; his grandchildren, Sadie, Griffin, Phoenix and Odin; and his siblings, Mark Andrews (Voni) of Council Bluffs and JoAnn Weinert (Dan) of Omaha. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
