He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quakenbush and Lena Quakenbush (Thayer); his wife Rose Quakenbush; his son Steven Quakenbush; his son-in-law Colin Schwarz; and his siblings, Ray Quakenbush, Leo Quakenbush, Dale Quakenbush, Sam Quakenbush, Paul Quakenbush and Mary Quakenbush.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Bonar Schwarz, Michael Quakenbush (Lori) and Cindy Harper (Dave). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
