She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McEvoy and Catherine McEvoy (Behm); her husband Harold Horn; her sons, Richard Horn and Michael Horn, MD; her siblings, Francis, Michael, Bernard McEvoy and Lucille Goodell; her daughter-in-law Sandra Horn; and her grandson Richard G. Horn.
She is survived by: her son Brian Horn (Anita) of Bellevue, NE; her daughter-in-law Terrilyn Quick Horn of LaVista, NE; and her grandchildren, Heather Mullican (Michael) of Owensboro, KY, Patrick Horn (Tara) of Valrico, FL, Dr. Adam Horn, MD (Stephanie) of Hastings, NE, Evan Horn of Grand Island, NE, Justin Horn (Anne) of Bellevue, NE and Elyse Krum (Joey) of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
