He was predeceased by: his wife Lavonne Kundel. He is survived by: his son Brian Olsen (Claire) of LeMars, IA.; his grandchildren, Willow, Dakota and Autumn; his daughter Rebecca of Fort Collins, CO.; and his sister Doris Rule of Council Bluffs.
