We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2024, at the age of 81, Roger E. Bertrand in Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Bertrand and Marie Bertrand; his wife JoAnn (Eckes); and his siblings, Virginia Ohman and Henry Bertrand.
He is survived by: his children, Kari Lehman (Mark) of St Joseph, MO, Emily Binger (Pat) of Wichita, Jake Bertrand of Council Bluffs and Claire Barker (Joe) of Overland Park, KS.; and his grandchildren, Brad, Chase, Cole Lehman, Sarah, Mike Bertrand, Madison, Joe Binger, Jack, Victor and Daniel Barker.
The family will direct memorial contributions (or go buy yourself a shot of whiskey and cheers him).
