With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger D. Otts of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on August 22, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Tucci and Earl Otts; and his brothers, Earl, Tom, Darrell and Tony Otts.
He is survived by: his sister Marie Judevine (Jim); and his children, Roger Otts, Reggie Otts, Cherie Otts (Pierce), Brad Rocha and Valerie Valesquez. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
All memorials will be directed by his family.
