He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hopkins; his children, Kimberly Emond (Derrick) and Dale Hopkins (Corinna); his stepchildren, Duane Smith, Jolene Miller (Tim), Machael Durham (Steve) and Tamie Smith (Jose); and his siblings, Leone Mendoza, JoAnn Showalter and Dorotha McDaniel. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
