He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Doughman (Wes) of Council Bluffs, Barb Blackwell (Daryle) of Sioux City, Rosie Lewis, Ed Lewis of Plattsmouth and Dennis Meston (Jayme); and his half-brother Hubie Lewis (Amanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
