He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lee (Carter); his children, Jason Brooks (Carmen), Stephen Lee and Karin Lee; and his sister Debbie D'Amarino. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
