He is survived by: his children, Deborah Hunter (Troy Gubbels) of Council Bluffs and David Hogan (Nancy) of Oak Park, IL.; his daughter-in-law Kathy Hogan of Webb City, MO.; his grandchildren, Leslie Ratekin, Cassie Williams (Nick), Adam Hogan (Audrey), Krystan Stroud (Tyler), Eric, Amy Hogan, Brian and Rachel Hunter; and his sisters, Jurene Hogan of California and Carole Esparza of Arkansas. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
