It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy D. Dilley of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Bingel; and his brother Ken "Jinx" Bingel. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Dilley (Klintworth); his sons, Derek Dilley (Kayla) and Shawn Dilley (Kim); his mother Beverly Bingel (Smith) of Council Bluffs; his grandchildren, Austin, Dalton, Madysn, Andrew, Cole, Tyler and Nicky; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Luka; his siblings, Bob Bingel of Lincoln, Nebraska, Debbie Burns (Joseph) and Bonny Bryson; his stepchildren, Roger Anderson of Council Bluffs and Nancy Frazee of Omaha; and his close friends, Kenny Sales of Council Bluffs, Josh of Council Bluffs and Carrie Bauer of Council Bluffs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
