She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hart and Maxine Hart (O'Day); her brother Gene; and her husband Louis G. Mayberry. She is survived by: her children, Chad, Jason and Jaclyn of Crescent; her granddaughters, Mercedee Mayberry of Irwin, IA and Justine Mayberry of Council Bluffs; and her brothers, Gary Hart (Emily) of Des Moines, John Hart of Arkansas and Dale Hart (Carol) of South Carolina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
