Patricia L. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her sons, Chris and Jeff; her parents, John Isaac and Sally Isaac; and her brothers, Ronny and Donny.
She is survived by: her husband David Regan; her sons, Mark and Shawn; her granddaughter Jillian (Jared); and her siblings, Margie, Paulette, Cathy, Rose, Betty, Bobby, Greg and Bootsy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
