With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Norma J. Richter in Council Bluffs, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Norma left this world on February 5, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Horkey and Evelyn Horkey; her husband Milton Richter; her son Kevin Richter; her grandson Cory; and her sister Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Mass of Carson, Iowa, Jerry Richter (Cindy) of Sidney, Roger Richter (Kathleen) of Omaha, Gary Richter (Lori) of Omaha and Dennis Richter (Kim) of Dallas, Texas; and her sister Arlene Bernemann (Thomas) of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ridgewood Cemetery Ridgewood Cemetery.
Service will be officiated by her grandson, Jason Mass. Memorials will be directed by the family.
