He is survived by: his mother Ruth Greene; his stepfather James Greene of Fayetteville, AR.; his sister Candice Runyon of Iowa City, IA; and his stepchildren, Robin Daywalt, Diane Boren, Matt Sproul and Amanda Bowman.
