She was predeceased by: the father of her children Clarence LeRoy Millard. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Swolley, Carol Jayne, Sandra Swolley, Karen Johnson, Chris Freeland, Mary Swolley, Linda Van Voltenberg, Betty White, Margaret Andersen and Wilma Zimmerman; her husband Tom Wills; her son John P. Millard; and her sister Donna Kline. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
