She was predeceased by: her father Melvin L. Kreger; and her siblings, Melvin L. Kreger, George Kreger and Evelyn Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Martin L. Cozad, Sr.; and her sons, Travis Cozad (Linda) of Council Bluffs and Martin L. Cozad, Jr. (Carrie) of Nebraska City, NE. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Family prefers memorials to First Baptist Church.
