With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nadine Elsa Allen of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Fulton, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her mother Elsa; her son David Scott Allen; her siblings, LaVonne Traylor, Frederick and Charles Weatherill; and her husband Donald Allen, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Oneil, Michael Allen (Vickie Allen) and Teresa Allen; and her grandchildren, Jenna Beaty, James Oneil, Christopher Allen, Timothy Allen, Maria Carter-Giannini and David Giannini. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
