It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nadine DeVoss of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Fremont, Iowa, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Hank, Emma Tjarks, Harry and Lena Bunge; her sisters-in-law, Lana DeVoss and Cindy Bunge; and her uncle Larry Tjarks.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gary Dean DeVoss; her parents, Paul Bunge and Gloria Bunge of Ft. Myers, Fla.; her siblings, Martin Bunge of Madison, John Bunge (Bridget) of Waterloo, Iowa and Martha Zenor (Marty) of Babcock Ranch, Florida; her siblings-in-law, Dianne Behrends (George) of Wiota, Lindy Klinge of Ankeny, Iowa and Ed DeVoss of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; and also, Brian DeVoss (Hillary), Mich, Daniel DeVoss of Council Bluffs and Rick DeVoss (Nora) of Denver, Colo.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI.org) on Nadine's behalf.
