He is survived by: his mother Georgia Rhoten; his girlfriend Cindy Swanger; his stepdaughter Angela "Marie" Torske; his stepgrandson Scotty; his siblings, Christi Lynn Charles (Sam), Kelly Beth Rhoten, Julianne Peterson, Shannon Leanne Rhoten, Nicole Marie Hudson (Joe Kelly), Gary William Doyle (Brenda) and Andrea Renae Rhoten; and his half-siblings, Brian Rhoten and Freddy Rhoten. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends.
