He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bolton and Mary Bolton (Melendy). He is survived by: his son Mark (Christina Bolton); and his sisters, Peggy (Dean Tyler), Nancy (Roger Miller) and Julie Moss of Sparks, NV.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
