He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Hodtwalker and Florence S. Hodtwalker (Ketterer); his daughter Michelle Kingery; and his siblings, Ron, Eleanor, LuJean and Teresa.
He is survived by: his wife Maralyn Hodtwalker; his children, Kim Putnam (Richard) and Michael Hodtwalker, Jr. (Rebecca); and his siblings, Ada, Earl, Jr., Gary, Randy, Dale, Francis, Wilma, Mina, Florence and Richard. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
