He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hawkins and Marjory Hawkins (Hoagland); his wife Michele Hawkins (Brown); and his brothers, Donald "Terry" Hawkins and John "Jack" Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Macken (Shawn) of Elkhorn, NE, Kara Kuhl (Vince) of Omaha, NE and Michael Hawkins (Erin) of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, and 8 amazing brothers and sisters.
